Cleaning systems
Using the industry's most innovative equipment and processes, Cyntech will clean and gas-free your tank in the safest and most cost-effective manner.
Using rotary jet heads allows the tank to be cleaned using less water and chemicals. This leads to lower disposal costs, and entry personnel spend less time inside the tank.
These systems are ideally suited for tanks up to 200 feet in diameter. The horizontal and vertical 360-degree rotation allows for full coverage of the tank surfaces. We can use multiple nozzles to ensure full coverage of tanks with obstructions.
We use lances in some situations to ensure efficient delivery of the liquids to the Gamma Jet nozzles. These can be placed in various nozzles on the tank to allow for debulking without entering the tank, ensuring a safe and efficient cleaning process.
Water cannons are generally used during the initial cleaning process. They are very effective in breaking up large volumes of sludge without anyone entering the tank, so they are particularly useful when access is not permitted. The water/sludge mixture is then vacuumed off. This process greatly reduces the time personnel spend in the confined space of the tank.

Steam cleaning removes oil and residue from tank surfaces and associated equipment using boilers and high-pressure washer units up to 4000 psi at 12 GPM. Cyntech will select the appropriate chemicals, detergents, or degreasers to produce the most productive cleaning rate while minimizing water used to reduce your overall cleaning and disposal costs.
